with the last 25 years having significant involvement in all

phases of home construction, concrete tilt-up construction,

offsite construction, mass grading, finish pads, underground,

storm drains, and street improvements.

building stage. I am adept at investigating ways to reduce

costs and streamline procedures and I demonstrate impeccable

documentation skills.

I am skilled at reading, understanding and monitoring architectural,

structural, and mechanical plans and specifications.

I exhibit professional communication skills, both verbal and written

and display productive management techniques including the

ability to create goals and objectives based on corporate

strategy.

I work well with homeowners and co-workers as well as state agencies,

municipalities and building Departments, in addition to

establishing a bond of trust with those I encounter.
