Pre-Construction Director : Lead estimating process from concept thru
construction documents on projects in the Health care, Upper Ed and K-12
markets including implementation of Value Management during the design
phase. Work closely with Owners representatives, Project architects and
design consultants, Skanska operations personnel and major sub-contractors
to ensure design meets project budget and constructability issues are
adequately addressed. Provide final document and bid package review and
assist Skanska operations with sub-contractor buy-out.
Sr. Project Estimator : Prepare project estimates from concept thru
construction documents working closely with Pre-Construction Directors in
the Upper Ed, K-12,Municipal and Recreational markets. Present estimates to
owners and project architects. Participate and administer Value management
tools to help bring projects in to budget.

representative for major Auto/Industrial expansion and renovation projects.
Duties included working directly with general contractor and Architect
representative to maintain project schedule, resolve design and field
constructability issues; write,process and approve RFI's, field change
orders and bulletins, and project cost and schedule monthly reporting.
Project Superintendent/Engineer - General Contracting side - Served as
Project Engineer/Field superintendent on two small middle school expansion
and new fire station projects. Duties included managing field construction
activities including adherence to safety and quality standards, maintaining
work flow and schedule, expediting shop drawings, submittals and approvals.
