Unilever Spain upgraded its base SAP version from 4.7 to ECC 6.0. Project
involved fixing of security roles affected due to SAP base upgrade.
Roles & Responsibility:
. Analyzing the affected SAP objects due to the base upgrade
. Effort estimation for the Security upgrade from R/3 4.7 to ECC 6.0
. Training new resources in the project on security upgrade procedure.

Vodafone is a telecommunication company having presence in world market.
Project involved creation of new security roles based on security design
and support during testing phase for Vodafone Germany and Vodafone Portugal
releases.

. Role creation and modification of existing roles in BI, ECC, MDM and HR
systems using profile generator.

Member of asset development team which developed and maintained various
security and basis automation tools. Details of tools as below
Security Workbench (SWB): Security Workbench tool automates most of the
security tasks resulting in effort reduction in performing mundane security
tasks. Examples of tasks include creation and modification of parent, child
and composite roles, user creation and maintenance, unit testing of roles,
etc.
Security Upgrade analysis tool : This tool is used to estimate the number
of SAP security objects that will be affected by SAP version upgrade before
actually performing the upgrade. This will give a foresight into effort
estimation before actually starting with the SAP version upgrade.
Basis Workbench tool : This tool automates some of basis tasks like system
monitoring, system refresh activity.
Security Role Optimizer tool : This tool compares the current role design
of any SAP system to SAP security best practices and reports any non
compliance and optimization suggestions.

Project involves entire SAP system support for DuPont. Role involved
working as part of team supporting SAP Security module.

in the DuPont SAP landscape.
