Managed the test team in the coordination, development and execution of
testing activities of all desktop applications and installation packages in
support of over 15,000 workstations in North America. Implemented the use
of virtualization in testing and reduced the setup time by over 50%.
Diagnosed system problems and recommended solutions. Tested and integrated
over 50 retained software applications from the company's largest corporate
acquisition, finishing 4 weeks ahead of the scheduled 26 week timeframe.
