For plan years beginning January 1, 2009 and after, the U.S. Department of

Labor (DOL) requires employee benefit plans to include the value of meals,

gifts, sporting event tickets and similar items provided by insurers and

service providers to brokers, consultants and other service providers on

Form 5500 Schedule A and C filings. This is in addition to the monetary

commission and bonus/override compensation currently reported on these

schedules. As the insurer or administrative service provider to these

plans, WellPoint, Inc., is required to track and report this information to

the plan administrators in a timely manner so they can complete the

schedules.

WellPoint, Inc. is an independent association of Blue cross Blue shield

brand companies.

The main objectives of the project are

1. To Build Enterprise Reporting application to generate reports on

timely manner based on Customer/Group's renewal period.

2. Gather information present in 64 different source systems and some

manual business Excel reports to single Ware house by applying

required transformations.

3. This Project includes creation of summary tables by applying

exceptional business rules so that there will performance problem on

reporting application because of large volume of data.
