Polyclad Laminates, Santa Ana - Ran (2) presses (1) steam (1) electric both (3)
opening with 6 employee's (2) on each shift, produced 1000 panels daily with little
or no defects.
Lamination Supervisor December 1993 to July 1997
Power Circuits, Santa Ana - Started their Lamination Department. Hired all
employees and trained on how to run (1) Electric press, ran 3 shifts had 3
employees per shift. Ran 1000 panels daily with a yield of 95 %.
Lamination Supervisor / Material Manager October 1997 to June 2002
Marcel Electronic, Orange Ca - Ran three shifts, ran (1) electric press, three openings
and (1) oil press 6 openings produced over 700 panels daily with little or no defect
with a yield of 95-98%.
Moved into purchasing department and ordered all supplies for the company from
material issue thru shipping of product.
Ran a drill machine for test fixtures August 2002 to May 2004

Tapco Circuit Supply, Cypress Ca - First hired to cut Pre- Preg to fill customer orders
(first year).
Moved into creating production orders and updated inventory on the computer.Sent
back pre-preg for retest using the great plains 10 inventory system and calculated all
scrap on finished goods.
