I have spent the last 14 years in the Business Communications industry most of which has been in

New Jersey. I am a professional Business Telephone Technician. I grew up in Lakeland, Florida and

moved to New Jersey in 1997, I have made a name for myself as an accomplished Telephone

Technician, and I am well known and respected by many local businesses. I have worked with

many aspects of Telecommunications and computer networking. I have spent most of my time

installing and programming business telephone equipment for an authorized Toshiba dealership. As

a technician I was responsible for installing the switch and any cabling that was necessary to

achieve this. I was also responsible for working with customers to determine their needs and

programming the switch according to their specifications. During my career I have performed a

variety of tasks such as extending T1 circuits, configuring switches for PRI and OSNA circuits,

installed CAT5 and CAT6 network cabling, tested and/or certified those connections, installed

computer patch panels, DSL and cable modems, installed and configured T1 circuits into telephone

systems, connected multiple offices over T1 and PRI and configured for centralized voice mail,

performed cutovers for T1 service providers, and worked with help desks and tech support to

accomplish a variety of tasks. I have also installed Coaxial cable for CATV and high speed internet.

I am very computer literate and have utilized windows based programming consoles to program

Toshiba and Panasonic switches. Most of my experience is with Toshiba as you will determine by

my employment record. I have installed, programmed, and maintained a variety of telephone

switches and voice mail systems to include:
