I was responsible for checking to make

sure that the mail pieces at the back

end of the inserting machine were

properly processed and prepared for

mailing. In ensured that all mail went

into the proper postal tray and had the

correct zip code destination tag affixed.

I performed numerous quality checks to

ensure that PPA was sending the

correct mail pieces to their intended

recipients.

Make Ready:

I was responsible for processing

individual mail pieces at the Make

Ready Station. This involved opening

and closing mail files, scanning mail

pieces with a hand-held scanner, and

running reports to verify correct

processing. Make Ready operators

must be detailed oriented and have

Learned a 1,000 item scheme. Worked

on the Flat Sorting Machine sorting and

I was the secretary for five (5) people;
