PROFESSIONAL WORK EXPERIENCE
Simon Donovan Enterprises LLC 2007-Present: Home-based Sales Associate for drop-
shipping pet supplies company. Acted as liaison between suppliers and distributors of
merchandise ordered by customers online. Duties included filing, processing orders, handling
payments, and dealing with any customer concerns (complaints, missing orders, returns).
Times Square Addison 2002-2005: Sales/Marketing Representative and Specialty
Trainer/Manager. Responsible for training new employees in specialty positions as well as
handling closeouts at the end of their shifts. Duties also included promotions, sales, and booking
large parties for local businesses.
Hyer & Associates 2001-2007: Contract Recruiter/Administrative Assistant. Responsible for
headhunting candidates for employment for client companies in the areas of chemical and
construction engineering. Since this was a start-up company, my duties ranged from creating
libraries with candidate resumes to assisting the owner in marketing Hyer and Associates to
possible future client companies.
CAI Technical 1999-2001: Technical Recruiter. Responsible for interviewing candidates for
employment within client companies. Duties included web surfing, criminal background checks,
testing, reference checks, and resume editing. Majority of positions for recruitment were
computer help desk and programmers, construction engineers and architects, assemblers, and
administrative assistants.

VOLUNTEER AND ASSISTANT EXPERIENCE AND OBSERVATION
Mary Moore Elementary School: Monitored and tutored students in an after-school program.
Observed and assisted in kindergarten, 2nd grade, and special education classes.
Burleson Elementary: Created lessons for a 1st grade student as a case study assignment for a
Guided Reading course. Assignment was to identify needs of the remedial student and create
new techniques for improving her reading and writing throughout the semester.
Dallas Park Elementary: Observed and assisted in a kindergarten class.
Southwest High School: Assisted the Forensics and Debate team by coaching students in acting
for competition.
Camp Kadish: Camp Councilor for 7 and 8 year old children. Responsible for managing their
dorm and guiding them through activities in arts and physical education.
Fort Worth Mission: Volunteered to cook Thanksgiving dinner for those in need. Raised money
and bought items for the women’s shelter.
Fort Worth Humane Society: Raised money and bought items for the shelter.
Cancer Center of Fort Worth: Assisted patients in chemotherapy by retrieving food, drinks,
blankets, and pillows.
