Jackcache is a database repository for billing account and subscriber
information. The main objective of Jackcache is to reduce load of high-
volume inquiries from billing systems. A cache that is to be maintained
very close to the biller system so that the inquiries can be solved from
Jackcache and not from biller system there by reducing load on the biller.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Run Audit Reports to check data stale on Jackcache.
Resolve issues when many records are stale on Jackcache.
Communicated with other teams when necessary for getting required data and
information.
Worked with procedures, functions and packages.
Created procedures for moving data into respective history tables once the
process gets done.

which gets data from different modules like customer accounts, e-mails,
offers, orders, shipment and finalizes the process to port the environment
from Informix to oracle.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Communicated effectively with the business analysts to understand the logic
and work accordingly.
Worked effectively with team in comparing the design structures in Informix
and Oracle.
Mapped all the tables in Informix with Oracle and replaced some data fields
from other tables.
Analyzed the Informix code by recompiling it from the respective
