. Superintendent -- Responsible for scheduling all production.

Supervise first and second shift personnel totaling 20

people. Insure that all safety procedures are followed and that all

employees are properly trained in safety techniques concurrent with

Weyerhaeuser policy. Hire new employees and deliver orientations.

Assist in scheduling outbound shipments of product to insure that

orders are loaded properly within a designated time frame. Responsible

for processing inbound materials. Schedule production employee's

vacations. Responsible for inventory control and for meeting all

customer expectations. Schedule maintenance projects in order to be

proactive and to assure that machinery is in optimal condition.

Responsible for environmental conditions of plant. Physically operate

equipment and perform other duties as needed when personnel is

depleted or to complete a special project. Report directly to the

Plant Operation Manager.

coruugator department. Provide training and insure adherence to the

company employee safety processes, and reliable methods. Consult and
