CD/VCR/DVD players. Research, verify, compile, and prepare daily online production reports for

management.

• Production/Quality Assurance: Develop and implement action plans to meet daily production

goals. Direct and monitor production in the Photo Litho, Etching, Diffusion, and Interconnect areas

to ensure consistent achievement of daily production goals. Read and interpret engineering

specifications. Provide both technical and engineering support to production.

• Training/Staff Development: Supervise, train, develop, and evaluate performance of 15-22

production associates to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for production

quality and environmental health and safety. Conduct both individual and group training onsite

with production associates in the safe use of designated chemicals and gases.

• Environmental Auditing: Conduct weekly environmental audits to ensure production area is

maintained in a clean and safe manner. Monitor, track, and report nonconformance issues to

management until all issues are resolved.
