3.0. Familiarity with major operating systems such as Windows XP, Windows

Vista, Windows 7 and a variety of Linux flavors. I have had an introduction to

network operating Systems such as Windows Server 2003 and Windows Server

2008. This degree also covers basic operations and terminology, database,

technical support and networking. Completion of the capstone course is the

final course for this degree. Its major purpose is to give students an opportunity

to build a network infrastructure from the ground up.

as an IT Technician. I have also been studying for the CompTIA Network+.

• Diagnosis and repair of computer hardware, as well as configuration and

testing of a diverse array of equipment.

• Gained a great depth of knowledge about tape drives and tape drive

accessories including cleaning and maintenance of tape drives. LTO1, LTO2,

LTO3, SDLT220, SDLT320 and MAMMOTH drives.

• Hands on experience with SCSI technology especially SCSI ports and fiber

optic ports.

I gained experience with receiving, handling and signing for incoming and

outgoing company product.
