manufacturing)
Quality Control-Responsible for insuring that all operators stay within (UL) standards
when they make the product and maintaining Quality Control records in order to oversee
the inspections. Also responsible in making quick decision when a line breaks down and
use initiative decisions in order to get the line up and running again. Verify all materials
that come from other vendors whether it is checking material with a micrometer or
checking the viscosity and PH of the glue. Place raw materials on hold when found
unacceptable and lets management know of problems I encounter throughout the day
even finished product that may also be unacceptable. Assists production line when
required or when they ask for assistance.
Forklift- insures that all lines have proper materials. Checks lift everyday and throughout
the day for any malfunctions that may be unsafe for use of the forklift.
