As office manager, I am responsible for processing weekly payroll for up to 50 employees. I am also involved in

a ll stages of the hiring process, from placing various employment ads, to resume reviews, interviewing and

candidate selection. While working closely with owners, I was integral in redeveloping the employee manual

and creating job descriptions that were utilized in both recruitment and performance reviews. I also work

w ith owners annually on our insurance renewal; responsible for all aspects of enrollment. Supervise up to 10

i ndividuals in accounting and customer service.

As an accounting clerk, I was responsible for processing all invoices from our service techs. I was required to

ensure accurate billing information and tracking of job costs. I also assisted the Office Manager in payroll

As a dispatcher, I was able to develop my customer service skills. I interacted daily with customers to set

appointments, handle minor complaints, dispatch and route technicians.

As a Legal Secretary, I worked with attorney’s in the Worker’s Compensation and Wills / Estate Law areas to

d raft pleadings and correspondence via dictation, schedule hearings, and assisted with client billing and
