Field Engineer 2007 – 2009
Video Gaming Technologies, Inc. – Tulsa, OK
VGT gaming systems, bingo based slot machines running proprietary software, are controlled by a number of Windows servers that
interact with third party accounting systems. Was tasked with managing already deployed VGT systems in a team setting, organizing the
installation of new systems with involved parties, and provided technical support to assigned tribal casinos. When required, coordinate
support and resolve issues with NMC personnel (VGT’s Help Desk). In addition to technical support and when required, generated
documentation and organized paperwork per system version or functionality for assigned gaming authority.

Received corporate recognition for the successful integration of VGT systems with third party accounting servers and
coordinating efforts of VGT engineers with casino management at Chickasaw casinos.
Minimized risk of VGT’s SQL database servers at assigned casinos by creating weekly back-up and restart of services

Organized the creation of multiple testing labs at assigned casinos that contained both current and proposed future
