Avera McKennan. Provided same day service to transport lab samples and blood work. Trained
new employees on their routes. As each day went on, provided more information to help new
employees be successful. Provided notes and checklists at the end of training for drivers to take on
routes as each route had multiple stops and mistakes could be very costly.

Creative Signs, Aberdeen, SD
• Received information and details from client to provide price quotes. Designed multiple mock ups
for selection and approval. Produced and installed vinyl signs according to client specifications.
Used plotters. Prepared lettering for glass windows on store fronts and on vehicle doors.
