OBJECTIVE
My objective is to acquire a full-time clerical position with a company that is in search
for an individual dedicated to working hard and going above and beyond. Currently I am
working as a Service Coordinator for a Rainsoft office and I am in search of a different
type of position due to recent changes in the company. I have experience with a little bit
of everything. I am looking for a long-term and meaningful position. I look forward to
beginning a more enjoyable and full-time employment experience with the right
company.
QUALIFICATIONS
I have the most experience in working in an office environment. I have found that clerical
positions are the perfect fit for me. I thoroughly enjoy exercising my organizational and
clerical skills. I am very fast and efficient with filing and data entry-I type around 70
words per minute, and I am a proficient operator of all general office equipment.
Having participated in many computer program courses, I also am very quick and
resourceful with computers. I am very familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe In-Design
and Photoshop. I enjoy learning to operate new computer programs.
I have a great deal of experience in providing customer service; I completed a month-
long certification course on Customer Service while employed at Teletech as a Customer
Service Representative. There I was taught customer service principles and practices,
such as the correct ways to de-escalate certain situations and complete my work in a
timely and efficient fashion.
I am very dependable, self-motivated and organized with an eye for detail. I have a very
energetic personality, as well as a professional appearance. I am punctual and reliable and
enjoy learning and mastering new skills.
I am experienced with working in environments that require me to be a self-starter who
can work independently or as a member of a team efficiently.
I have excellent verbal and written communication skills; I have very polite and
professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
I have a valid driver’s license as well as a reliable vehicle. I am available to travel to
other places of business if needed.
I also have the ability to handle business and multi-task in a fast paced environment with
strict deadline requirements under little supervision.

such as maintaining cleanliness of store and organizing merchandise.

Responsibilities included performing sales transactions, demonstrating sales skills,
assisting customers and enhancing their shopping experience, as well as performing
duties such as cleaning, organizing and stocking merchandise.
