SUMMARY OF SKILLS
Previous employers have described me as a person who has learned to be a professional in the field,
taking my work seriously and involving myself in anything and everything available to me, able to go
above and beyond a basic understanding of the work. In my position as a legal assistant for Wallin &
Klarich, I successfully handled two office moves. I was instrumental in collecting past-due retainer fees,
and was effective in my abilities to have clients retain our law firm. As a result I was able to increase
revenues substantially during my 7 year tenure with this firm. As a Child Support Specialist, I had the
unique ability to make people feel at ease during the stressful process of being ordered to pay child
support and was able to make this process easier for them. I was effective in selling individuals in a career
in Real Estate. I was able to recruit more students than the previous Career Coordinators in my positions
at Tarbell and Keller Williams Realty. As an intern with the Riverside County Sheriff, I was constantly
excited to involve myself in any and all aspects of the Crime Analysis position. I took part in several
Gang Task Force sweeps and was persistent in my quest for knowledge about the position, seeking out
additional duties and projects to allow myself the opportunity to grow and learn this exciting field. I
posses typing skills of 45 wpm, and have knowledge and experience in the following: Microsoft Word,
Excel, Outlook, Legal Solutions, Billing and Collection Programs, CLETS, RMS, and VCAI.
