Job Description & Responsibilities:
> ROTOMAN MACHINE Runs at the speed of 60000 copies/hr.
> Machine Size 965mm X 630mm.
> Worked from 36GSM to 130GSM paper and prepared splice at speed of 55000
copies for hour.
> Fixing and removable of the plate is done automatically, which known as
power plate loading system, each and every unit can be fixed individually
at a time.
> Machine will run single (16pages) and also as Tandam(32 pages).
> Colour Registration is done automatically for which we have to set mark
location, which known as MVR(Mark Measuring system).
> Colour is done automatically which is known as DENSI WEB, which helps to
level the ink keys at the beginning itself.
> Removing and fixing of blanket according to the torque of the ratchet
60NM (Newton meter)
> Removing and fixing of the ink roller according to the torque of the
ratchet 100Nm by the recommended
> Doing the roller sitting according to the ink stripe of each roller by
the recommended.
> In the dryer two of temperature are maintained they:-
> If we maintained air temperature the temperature will be stable it do not
change according to the speed of the machine.
> If we maintained web temperature it change according to speed of the
machine.
> Silicon is used for better folding and to avoid static electricity.
> Removing and fixing of perforation according to the folding type by
torque of the ratchet 100NM.
> For delta folding we use to change first and third perforation of the
cylinder.
> For double parallel fist, second and fourth perforation are to be
change.
> For quarter folding first perforation are used.
> Worked in different kind of folding they are quarter folding A4, Tabloyed
Folding A3, Double Parallel Folding, Delta Folding, Sheeter, Double
Parallel with Chopper and Delta With Chopper.
> Worked in gluing and softening for some particular kind of jobs.
> Undergone three months erection with German engineers.
