Project Director overseeing the design and construction of a 225 key Ritz-

Carlton, Paradise Valley resort and branded residential development and The

Palmeraie, a one million square foot mixed use retail district with planned

residential and boutique hotel.

Centex Destination Properties, Southlake, Texas 2003 - 2007

Centex Destination Properties is the second home/resort division of Centex

Homes, one of the nation's largest homebuilders. With resort projects in

Florida, North Carolina, Colorado, Palm Desert, California and Hawaii,

Texas' Division of Centex Destination Properties started operations in 2002

to build and develop second homes and resorts in the Texas region.

Development Achievements:

Vice President of Planning, Development and Operations

Pointe West Resort, Galveston, Texas - Senior management position

responsible for development and operations for 1600 units on 1000 acres.

Self-performed new construction of single family and low rise multi-family

built product, plus residential lot sales. Completed construction of over

ten million dollars in core amenity improvements in first phase.

Responsibilities include overseeing all planning, sales, marketing, land

development, vertical construction, and hospitality functional areas. In FY

2007 closed 151 built units and 30 lots representing over $65 million in

sales revenue.

Vice President of Acquisitions and Development

The Hollows Resort, Austin, Texas- Senior division management position

leading a due diligence team through initial acquisition of property. Led

the planning, design and entitlements for a 1400 acre Texas Hill Country

resort including over 1200 residential and multifamily built construction,

and residential lots, including four million dollars in amenity facilities.

Responsible for managing the first phase of construction until promoted to

larger resort.

The Waters, Marble Falls, Texas- Responsible for acquiring, land planning

and architectural design for a ten acre 350 unit mid-rise multifamily

condominium project through the first sales launch within existing

Horseshoe Bay Resort.

Intrawest U.S. Holdings, Inc., Dillon, Colorado 1999 -

2003

Intrawest, the nation's leading resort developer and operator with a

network of Colorado resorts including Copper Mountain, Snowmass Village,

and Winter Park.

Development Achievements:

Vice President of Resort Development

Snowmass Village, Colorado- High profile management position leading, in

partnership with the Aspen Skiing Company, the initial planning, design and

entitlements for a one million square foot pedestrian village at the base

of Snowmass Village including over 600 mid-rise multifamily units and

60,000 square feet of commercial including on mountain improvements.

Senior Director of Resort Development

Copper Mountain, Colorado- Directed the planning, development and

construction of a $500 million pedestrian resort village including 400 mid-

rise multifamily units and 70,000 square feet of commercial space.
