Since January of 2006, I have been working as the Manager of Admissions for

KidsPeace in Orefield, PA. Due to departmental merges, as of April 2010, I

have been charged with managing both the KidsPeace Psychiatric Hospital

Admissions Department, as well as the Pennsylvania Residential Admissions

Department. My strong interpersonal skills and solid management philosophy

. Directly responsible for determining if children / adolescents meet

admissions criteria.

. Responsible for admissions department exceeding budgeted census

targets for 2009.

. Manage and provide support for admissions team that operates 24 hours

. Managed Treatment Team of seven employees

. Interviewed, hired, and negotiated salaries with new employees

. Oversaw admissions and discharge process for all clients.

. Maintained budgeted census for program for 4 out of 5 years while in

Treatment Team Supervisor position.

. Created and implemented entire transitional treatment program for

adolescents in program who were preparing to enter independent living.

. Oversee the treatment plan and quality assurance process for all

clients in my program.

. Conduct weekly chart audits to ensure that all documentation is in

compliance with contractual obligations and the guidelines set by the

Office of Inspector General (OIG) and JCAHO.

. Mediate and resolve grievances voiced by customers.

. Co-facilitate weekly medication management meetings and

interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
