Del-Sano Contracting:

Constructability Review: Identified over $500,000 in uncoordinated/not

depicted items for specific project. Early discovery allowed the company to

value engineer an $8.8 million project to avoid budget and design overruns

and maintain excellent relations with the client.

Project in Distress: In the role of Field-based Project Manager / Owner's

Representative, was responsible for the completion of a "distressed

project" for repeat client of firm. Delivered completed project and

affirmed reputation of Del Sano Contracting with client. Del Sano is now

involved in the planning and pre-development phase of client's next large

project.

The RBA Group:

Record of Achievement: Over the course of 6 years managed $225 million in

construction contracts: All delivered on-time and within budget.

QA/QC Procedures: Analyzed company processes, established general project

requirements and specifications, and developed and implemented first formal

department QA/QC procedures.

Residential Unit Survey: Led a staff of 11 to conduct a survey of 1,000

residential subsidized housing units in Philadelphia, PA, for the

Philadelphia Housing Authority relative to UFAS and ADA Accessibility

compliance. Each unit required approximately 50 pages of reports, including

photographs; completed project in only 3.5 months.

out, including demolition, gut rehabilitation, expansion, and new

ideas; create detailed scope of work, and determine project objectives,

schedules, procedures and quality standards.

. Develop and assist upper management in developing proposals with detailed

construction schedules and project needs assessment using MS Project.

. Conduct QA/QC and project constructability reviews during bidding
