Project managed a multi-year, multi-million dollar Oracle ERP
implementation from initiation through design, development and pilot.
Managed both mainframe and Oracle developers and consultants, an extensive

maintaining and upgrading four corporate Accounts Receivable applications
(CARMS). Utilized ADP's formal SDLC methodology.
. Developed and/or converted over 90 custom COBOL programs and 75 JCL
procedures from VSE to MVS/VSAM.
. Reduced batch processing time by 40%, eliminated manual processing of 60
weekly data files and improved security by implementing new MVS RACF
protocols.
. Converted four divisional A/R systems on schedule while maintaining ADP's
receivables aging percentage and client service levels.
