. Trained and managed the Network Engineer project team on becoming ISO

1. Provided remote Installation support for 10 telephone companies (24 X
7 hotline support) working with the customer IT teams to get the
product installed in the timeframe required. The 2 major software
releases shipped each year needed to be installed by each company on
the same weekend (National Cut). I provided the sole installation
support to our 10 customers during this time.
2. Designed, and documented release installation procedures and chaired
IT onsite conferences semi-annually to guide our customers' IT
personnel through the product release installation process. Two IT
personnel from each of the ten companies would attend the conference.
3. Received bonuses for providing outstanding customer support during
software installations to our customers.

Responsible for managing a team of 5 developers through the designing,
