. Developed an attentional set-shifting task, used to measure
executive function in rats. Demonstrated a stable MK-801
deficit in the task and reversal with known anti-psychotics
as well as in-house compounds. The assay became a key part of
the screening tier for a full phase program in schizophrenia
and was used to identify ECNs for clinical trials.
. Developed deficit models of working memory using scopolamine
and MK-801 to acutely disrupt performance in the delayed non-
match to position task for rats
. Surgical implantation of ICV cannulae in rats and analysis of

. Assessed various neurodevelopmental rodent models of
schizophrenia for cognitive deficits, duties included
creating the models (neonatal ventral hippocampal lesioned
rats, neonatal rats treated with PCP, and pre-natal rats
treated with a mitosis inhibitor on gestational day 17),
testing the models in 5-Choice serial reaction time task and
the set-shifting maze task, and histological validation of
the models

latent inhibition (lick suppression), fear conditioning,

. Provided in-vivo support for AD program, duties included

of tissues (brain, duodenum, ileum etc.), and brain
