WIND GENERATION, INC., Downey, CA
2009-Present
Senior VP/CFO
As a co-founder, I provided all of the market research and authored the
business plan for this alternative energy start-up. I also negotiated all
contracts with several manufacturers and built a creative marketing program
as well as designed the company website to launch a new vertical access
wind turbine designed for the small business and homeowner segment of the
market
COOPERVISION, INC., Pleasanton, CA 1990-2009

Chief Financial Officer /VP of Finance Pleasanton, CA (2003-2009)
Built a multinational finance organization of over 200 employees with
operations spread between The America's, Europe and Asia with operating
units in over 20 different countries. Not only did finance partner with
operations to assist in business issues but also satisfied all financial
reporting requirements from Corporate for SEC reporting.
o Managed all aspects of finance including FP&A, Internal Audit,
Treasury, Tax, Cost and General Accounting.
o Developed a financial reporting package that communicated monthly
financial results compared to budget, forecast and prior year
including all analytics as well as strategies on how to maximize
performance achievement.
o Orchestrated all strategic planning including budgets, forecasts and
long-rang plans. This included market intelligence, return on asset
management and capital planning.
o Completed five acquisitions: ranging from $15mil to $400mil in
revenue. I performed every aspect of these acquisitions including
preparing ROI models, negotiating terms, performing due diligence as
well as integrating business units.
o Implemented ERP systems in the UK, France and Italy as they were the
largest entities outside of the US in need of standardization.
Following these installations, implemented Hyperion Financial
Management to standardize financial reporting amongst the vastly
disparate systems across the globe.
o Ran multiple cross functional cost containment projects worldwide to
manage costs and streamline operations throughout the organization.

for this $300M+ wholly-owned subsidiary of The Cooper Companies. Held
accountable for desired results.
