Manage the Defense Travel System (DTS) for Joint Forces Command, Joint
Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC) for over 140 personnel. Responsible
for assigning roles and permission levels in DTS for personnel being
assigned to JECC. Maintain travelers profile information (mailing
addresses, phone numbers, security clearances, government credit card
numbers, banking information) and ensures all information is accurate in
DTS. Ensures DTS is up to date by adding, detaching, and deleting
employees when either in-processing or out-processing. Initiate and
maintain appointment and acknowledgement letters and DD Form 577 for
assigned Approving and Certifying Officials and provide training on DTS
Approval Process and Route and Review Process. Ensure travelers have
active Common Access Cards with Private Key Capability (digital signature)
or soft token PKIs that's required to access DTS. Establish and oversee
the establishment of the organization routing structure for Approving and
Certifying travel for Authorizations and Vouchers that's inputted in DTS
for travel. Provide training for travelers on the correct steps to create
an Authorization, Voucher, or Local Voucher. Create trouble tickets in the
DTMO Travel Explorer (Trax) DTS Tier 3 Helpdesk and ensures issues
resolved. Assist the Resource Advisor with the Travel Budget. Analyze
travel data, prepare the monthly program reports ensuring accuracy,
including data collection and recommending program changes based on trend
data. Track and record commitments, obligations and expenditures for all
