Coordinates the Weinstein Center Member Services and Control Center operations, provide
excellent customer service to members by answering questions and communicating accurate
information about programs, services, facility schedules, locker assignments, distributing and
collecting informal recreation equipment, registering members for classes, services and trips and
enrolling members in the hand biometrics system (CLASS) . Assists with employee customer
service and diversity training programs.
• ST. Catherine’s School: Assistant Basketball Coach (October 2009-March 2010)
Help teach basketball skills through effectively planned practices at a level appropriate for each
member of the team. Help the Head Coach organize the players to participate in games and
coach them during games. Supervise the players before, during, and immediately after practices
and games. Provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all players, giving each child an equal
opportunity to participate. Also, serve as a positive role model for the players, parents, officials,
and fellow coaches by following all rules, demonstrating good sportsmanship, and coaching
consistently with the St. Catherina’s Basketball philosophy and also my philosophy of what
