For a financial company, worked closely with the client's Technical
Architecture Group and across five teams as a Senior Technical Designer to
enable an infrastructure that will support the productization of the firm's
capabilities into Web Services. Developing a custom integrated framework
using the Microsoft .NET Framework, UDDI, and Web Services realized the
vision. Designed and developed .Net SOAP Extension filters to verify and
validate incoming HTTP Header information from Web Service clients. The
component exercised the custom framework's instrumentation API to trace and
audit incoming, outgoing, and error messages. Furthermore, designed and
developed standard coding and testing .Net Enterprise Templates to support
business application developers across the enterprise development
community. These templates were implemented in both C# and VB.Net
languages. The coding templates utilized the custom framework's
instrumentation and back-end connectivity API's. The testing templates
enabled the instances of the coding template to be unit tested before
release in a standardized way. In addition, designed and developed a VB.Net
Console Application that migrates source code from one version of an
associated template to the latest version.
. Designed and developed SOAP Extension Filters

configuration technician during an enterprise-wide Windows 2000 migration
and disaster recovery effort of displaced workers affected by the 911
tragedies. Mr. Jean-Pierre was responsible for the pre and post
configuration of users' laptops, aiding conformance to company standards.
He also was responsible for the rollout and setup of the laptop to the
user. Post configuration included installation of Tier III applications and
VPN setup. Utilizing CSC's EASi migration tool, the labor-intensive manual
process of backing up the users' data, preferences, and imaging the new
laptop with the client's standard image was significantly reduced through
automation. This quick turnaround, with minimal operational impact, enabled
the reduction of user downtime.
For a government contractor to the intelligence community, served as a lead
technical designer while developing a web-enabled Workflow application
using the MVC Design Pattern. Designed and developed server-side Java input
validation and business rule components with data access to an ORACLE data

overcome vendor specific technical challenges. For example, designed and
developed an alternative Webflow processing mechanism to overcome vendor
product limitations in the routing engine.
For a financial brokerage services company, served as an analyst during the
web-enablement of a legacy application. Analyzed legacy Visual Basic code
to extract input validation and embedded business rules to be ported over
to Java and WebSphere. Supported the development team by researching
specific technical questions and scenarios. Questions such as, "what CICS
transactions are called during the execution of Visual Basic code in
support of a particular business process?". Verified existing, new, and
modified functionality between the new and old system. Supported the
testing team by configuring workstations and verifying functionality in the
legacy application. Assisted the Technical Architect in Fail-over and load
balancing configuration and testing of WebSphere.
For a financial printing services company, served as a technical analyst on
a manufacturing Workflow automation project. Utilized an Iterative Custom
