RoadLink provides individual and integrated transportation and warehouse

freight handling solutions that provide demonstrable customer value.

RoadLink is the largest private North American Intermodal Logistics service

provider with 4,000 employees and owner operators, with annual revenues of

$300 million.

Director, Process Optimization (2009-2010)

Focused on cost savings, streamlining processes to optimize the performance

of the company. Reported directly to the company president in this role.

Managed 5 Regional Safety Managers, Group Operations Director, Director of

Logistics and Director of Recruiting. Authored and executed first Safety

Prevention program in company's 10 year history.

Significant Accomplishments:

> Implemented training modules, defined safety itineraries, action plans

and reduced safety expenses by $629,000 through first six months of

2010.

> Achieved a $2.5M improvement to operating cash flow and $300,000

plan including strategic direction and operating tactics for each entity.

customer account management, business development, safety, customer

service, pricing and network engineering while solving complex business

issues. Project Management for start-up operations of 27 new business

clients. Regularly negotiated multifaceted contracts with business clients

New Holland. Initiated, led and achieved first ISO 9001 certification. Set

benchmark for over 100 locations to implement Quality Management Systems

Missouri and Kentucky. Maintained full leadership role of DaimlerChrysler

crossdock and linehaul operations. Directed Just-In-Time start-up for

Textron - Tier I Automotive Supplier.

substantially improved line of sight (LOS) in each assembly plant.

> Led the organization with 25% profit margins for DaimlerChrysler
