Kaplan is a good fit for them as well as the perspective student being a good fit for Kaplan
University.
SILVER HILL FINANCIAL (CONTACT CENTER ASSOCIATE) 2007-2008
Responsible for making inbound/outbound calls to speak to perspective and existing commercial
brokers about attending free seminars. Also spoke to brokers about certain loan scenarios trying
to get them the lowest commercial rates. I also trained new employees and had to maintain 20-30
invites per seminar.

Responsible for making inbound and outbound calls to customers, who shop with Circuit City.
My duties were giving phone surveys, training new employees and keeping a goal to complete
20-30 surveys a day.

Responsible for skiptracing debtors who are delinquent on their debts.
Worked with DOS program such as Boost, In addition worked on internet data bases
