Designed website layouts and created redesigns of existing websites with Adobe Photoshop CS5,
Illustrator CS5, and Dreamweaver CS5. Coded sites using CSS, modified and uploaded files via
Dreamweaver, and modified product pages of various sites through the use of Cube Cart.

Conducted numerous internet searches to: 1) gather website links for posting on the student
opportunities board, and assisted in the creation of publications to publicize appropriate venues
for students to pursue these opportunities; 2) acquire graphics for assorted desktop publishing
projects; 3) research various subjects for the supervisor and departmental faculty members. Was
in charge of creating artistic displays highlighting the achievements of the department’s
professors and students, as well as publicizing upcoming events. Other responsibilities included
word processing, data entry, proofreading, bookkeeping, flyer and calendar creation, providing
telephone assistance, day-to-day office procedures, and supervising the reception office.

Assisted faculty with proofreading academic materials, handling office files, answering
telephones, printing, scanning and copying documents, and data entry. Also ensured the Eckerd
College Western Heritage in a Global Context webpage remained up-to-date.
