OBJECTIVE
I am seeking a position in the Data Entry field. I have 8 years
experience performing data entry and clerical functions. Working as a
home based processor would allow me to reenter the work force while
balancing family needs.
Professional Experience
Bank One:
. August I999-May 2001: Payment Exception Processing.
Research Clerk- researching customer's accounts and if possible post
their payments. This involved using multiple systems to locate correct
customers accounts and sending correspondence to the customers that
the payments were received by the bank and applied to their loans.
. 1998-July 1999: Bank One Research Department.
Research Clerk- researched customer inquiries of errors that bank may
have made while processing their transactions. In 1999 department was
singled out as the top research facility in the corporation.
. June 1995-July 1998: Bank One Maker Returns
Clerk- Correcting errors on customers checking and savings
accounts on daily basis to balance work to the prior day's grand
total.
. May 1992-June 1995: Bank One Data Prep.
Data Entry Clerk- Keying in customer information from their
checks. Averaged 16,000 KPH
. November 1990-May 1992: Plastic Prep.
Vault Clerk- Pulling and counting credit cards to be embossed.
SKILLS
Data Entry: All the positions with Bank One involved data entry in various
functions.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Word and Excel, Installing software on our home
computer.
