Directed Treasury and Asset Management group (TAM), including Treasury,

Real Estate, Design and Development, Construction, Real Estate Finance and

Property departments. Led 34 member staff, including 23 professionals, with

an annual budget of $6.2 million. Directed Treasury department, including

cash management, debt compliance, and insurance, since 1993, with an annual

interest budget of $104 million.

. Negotiated and closed $425 million bank Revolving Credit Facility with

industry leading terms and conditions, including two Amended and Restated

Facilities.

. Coordinated issuance of $1.355 billion in six public issues under

favorable terms since 1993. Assisted in two equity offerings totaling

$358 million.

. Initiated and managed sale/leaseback program comprised of 600 screens in

26 theatres for approximately $600 million in proceeds.

acquisitions comprising 74 theatres (797 screens) totaling over $225
