post indicator valves, cathodic protection, and fire alarm supervisory
switches and panel tie ins. System is dedicated to supply fire protection
into existing buildings at a nuclear facilities operation. Project was
administrated under stringent NQA-1-2000 Quality Assurance Requirements.
o Mack Arrowhead Phase 2, Peoria, AZ -$14 mil. Office/Industrial/Warehouse
flex space consisting of site work wet and dry utilities, fire line,
domestic water, sewer, primary and secondary electrical, low voltage,
fire alarm, and building concrete tilt-up construction. Contract
delivery method Stipulated Sum. Aggressive negotiation in subcontract
awards turning a profit margin from 4% to 11%. Project finished on
schedule considering owner changes in design and sequence of buildings
construction.

Condominiums/Office/Retail/Club House consisting of site work wet and dry
utilities, fire line, domestic water, sewer, primary and secondary

delivery method CM cost plus with negotiated GMP. Successful in
negotiating buyout of trades 10%+. Project ahead of schedule through

negotiated GMP. Successful in negotiating buyout of trades 5%+. Project
finished within schedule through collaborative team efforts in house and

subcontractors defaulting from the project.

servicing vehicles and public operations consisting of site work wet and

completed on time and substantially under budget.
o Metco Metal Finishing, Inc., $1.8 mil. Industrial Facility used for metal
plating operations. Design / Build project consisting of site work wet

areas, and vertical building construction. Successful in negotiating a
