safety program in the field and administratively for Army Corps of

commercial projects. Projects ranged from $500k-$20 million with as many

has 100 internal field craftsman and 20-40 subcontractors. Educated and

enforced all Fed OSHA, Cal/OSHA and EM-385 standards on all projects to

maintain injury free and 100% safety compliant sites. Worked closely with

insurance carriers related to the projects to help maintain acceptable

Duties included conducting weekly safety meetings and ensured all Fluor and

numerous safety and first aid booklets which were added to company Standard

Operating Procedures (SOP). Due to my past military operations experience,

was promoted to

Project/OSP Engineer Responsible for the engineering and inspection of

outside plant construction projects and Level (3) Point of Presence (POP)

facilities (Inside Plant). Performed daily field engineering tasks to

include the design of conduit routes and building laterals.

In 2002 accepted the promotional challenge to travel and perform in the
