accessory company. Manufacturing and marketing a patented truck bed

extender to all of the OEM pickup truck manufacturers and aftermarket

wholesalers in the United States and Canada..

ASCEND JETS, LLC - Los Angeles, California 2008 -

2009

Chief Financial Officer for a start-up exclusive membership airline

company. We worked with all of the financial markets in the US, Europe and

the Middle East but were unable to raise the required working capital. We

mothballed the company until the economic conditions improve.

BCI AIRCRAFT LEASING, INC. - Thousand Oaks, California 2007 -

2008

Chief Financial Officer for a privately held $1.5 billion company that

buys, sells and leases commercial aircraft to the major airlines around the

world. Responsible for developing all finance, accounting and IT

operations and directing the completion of the first audit by a Big 4 CPA

firm for a $1 billion financing. Audit was completed when the SEC files

charges of wrong doing from 10 years prior. Audit was stopped and all

credit lines cancelled. Charges were successfully defended but company

lost 70% of its value and I left in good standing.

JEFFERSON WELLS INTERNATIONAL - Los Angeles, California 2004 -

2006

Director, Southern California Operations of an international consulting

firm specializing in Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls compliance work,

staff augmentation and IT operational reviews, including all SEC and other

regulatory filing compliance. Federal SOX law changed and office closed.

anticipation of a change in the Federal laws allowing private entities able

to sell water to public water districts. Law defeated and company closed.

Chief Financial Officer of a publicly traded manufacturer and worldwide

distributor of medical equipment. Responsible for all finance, MIS,

investor relations for the parent and four subsidiaries.

. Directed the negotiations and due diligence of the sale to Thermo

Electron for $70 million in cash.

. Handled all communication with Wall Street, market makers and
