Vice President, Marketing and Product Management
. Effectively defined the data strategy for all CareFusion medical devices
including Pyxis MedStations and Alaris Smart Pumps.
. Created the business plan and acquired internal funding for a new suite
of solutions based on device data. Produced all the associated multi-
generational product plans and strategic marketing plans, including
collating market research, pricing, positioning and setting strategic
direction for the new offerings.
. Designed a new to market, rapidly adopted (400 customers in first year)
suite of Analytics Services around the medical devices as well as Web-
based portals for CareFusion customers to access Key Performance
Indicators and ROI metrics based on device usage, inventory management,
high risk medications, patient risk and core outcomes.
. Built and managed a highly successful team of product managers and
clinical data analysts to architect the back-office data management
infrastructure, build interfaces to pull patient data and medical device
