ensure association policies are followed and enforced.
Coordinate, review and process architectural applications for improvements.
Conduct monthly board meetings.
Mentor and train new Association Administrators.
Assist VP and Directors with daily office operations.

Provide confidential secretarial support to one or more VIP positions.
Process client billing and payments.
Prepare invoices for payment for services rendered.
Accounts payable for all accounts (coding, approval and payment of vendor invoices).
Perform a variety of clerical task including typing, proofreading, filling and editing.
Prepare and/or process a variety of documents and records, distribute correspondence, reports.
Make travel and meeting arrangements, attend and take minutes at meetings.
Maintain department expense journals, posting expenditures and receipts; assist in monitoring

Primary point of contact for employee retirements, resignations or terminations, etc.
Act as resource in all areas of HR, including employee relations, training and development,
staffing, compliance, compensation and benefits.
