Career Overview
I am a manager/senior principal consultant with strong supply chain and
federal financial applications skills. I have worked in both in the
commercial and federal communities. My strengths are in ERP, Supply Chain,
Federal Financials and Production Control systems and have a strong
knowledge of manufacturing, control systems, Public Sector procurement,
federal financial, human resources, system administration, projects,
general ledger, workflow, help desk and inventory systems in the Oracle
applications suite. I am a hands on professional with cross-departmental,
team player and team lead skills. My years of experience are in
developing, implementing and maintaining Manufacturing, Documentation, Help
Desk and Financial Systems in both the private and public sectors. I
currently hold a secret clearance of Level 2 with DOD, valid until 2017,

. Served as a government project officer for the DAI (Defense Agency
Initiative) ERP implementation.
. Led project teams for BTA, Human Resources, Acquire to Retire and
Procurement which identified major gaps, created scenarios and mapped
validations and requirements for this implementation.
. Served as team lead for OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) and also supported
the P2P (procure to pay) system, for this implementation which incorporates
31 DoD agencies.
. Represented DISA and BTA in this implementation.
. Responsible for gathering data and make sure that this initiative adheres
to all government rules, requirements and standards.
. Acquired a secret clearance (level 2)
. Advised on critical payroll and personnel interface decisions
. Assisted the DAI technical team and system officers to open communication
lines, test fire walls and insure data could be transmitted from
origination to the test data base and back.
. Serve as the Help Desk lead for BTA, overseeing a team of help desk
employees that resolve functional and technical issues from the user
community. This role also covers all DoD agencies in the DAI program.
(Currently 4 and will eventually grow to 31) and includes supporting
Purchasing, iProcurement, Order Management, General Ledger, System
Administration, Workflow, Oracle Time and Labor, Cost Accounting and
Accounts Payable.
