internal and external evaluation of on-going and potential
programs. Conferred with appropriate staff on preparation and
execution of contracts. Liaison for the staff to ensure
communication linkages regarding concerns, rules and
regulations, services, and other pertinent information
regarding programmatic operations. Provided guidance and
assist in the coordination of customer services/relations and
systematic customer operations among service providers,
colleagues, and Career Centers. Promoted quality systems
through training and evaluation of activities associated with
workforce development. Verified accuracy of computerized
customer information. Liaison with multiple agencies and
businesses. Assisted in posting contract progress report
information/data. Prepared accounts payable. Posted cash
disbursements. Balanced cash disbursements journals.
Reconciled bank statements and balanced checking account.
Prepared payroll and tracked personnel time, etc. Responsible
for data entry of customer records. Computed statistics and
performance outcomes. Analyzed and compiled customer and

reports. Lead planner and writer of the agency's Job Training
Plan and Operations manual. Supervised staff. Developed and
