Client Liaison/Data Entry 2007 - 2010
Responsible for disseminating accurate collateral activity to the Client
and Relationship Manager. Made sure that the deals are eligible to close
pursuant to the Custodial Agreement. Exception reports are generated and
submitted prior to closing. Trust receipts are issued and borrowing base
values are reported on time and without fail. Writing and revising desktop
procedures for other Client liaisons. Assisted in writing training
materials for American Dream project. Currently working on Client inquiries
and training in managing various aspects of Accounts. Helped perform
Quality Control on other associates work. Assisted with clearing
exceptions, contacting clients via e-mail and telephone of exceptions and
working with clients diligently on clearing exceptions. Member of the
