Perform high volume copying on high-end equipment

for customers per their specifications. Use all

other copier/duplicator/binding equipment as

needed.

Perform domestic and international shipping and

receiving duties.

Operate forklift and other warehouse material

handling equipment.

Perform file room functions, including purging of

files for archiving.

Perform pickup and delivery of overflow jobs, which

entails traveling to and from various local

accounts.

Perform any and all mailroom functions. Sort,

file, log, deliver, process, and apply postage to

all USPS mail.

Assist in the implementation of new locations and

training and directing of new outsourcing

employees.

May spend time overseeing the work and answering

the questions of Lead Operator and Operator.

Schedules workloads in order to meet deadlines.

Perform other duties as assigned, including

hospitality services.

Perform basic maintenance on copy and mail machines

and oversee scheduling of maintenance. Performs

daily visual inspection of site equipment.
