related to the successful $650 million sale of the UCI business to Coty.

. Drove aggressive business objectives by contributing as a key member of a

massive reorganization project of the Supply Chain resulting in 10

million annual savings. This reorganization included redefining work

streams, job benchmarks, skills and competencies, and managing the

compete/select process. Managed command center insuring final actions

compensation programs following the sale of the business to Coty.

. Directed international Human Resources counterpart to ensure consistency

and alignment of HR and UCI business related initiatives globally.

internally managed new program launches i.e. automated open job postings.

. Developed and delivered the annual global Human Resource Plan to identify

high potential employees for succession planning and further development.

with IT and delivered the annual North American salary plan budget ($53

million) and approved headcount.
