research, skip-a-pay, check card application, online banking services
(home banking, bill pay, and e-statements), loan payoff requests
(including release fees), purchasing savings bonds, tax information,
verification of deposit and immigration verification forms
. Recognize a complete loan application and forward for processing
. Act as the Member Host: greet incoming members and visitors, and
direct them to the proper department for assistance in a positive and
professional manner with tact and courtesy; ensure visitors sign in
and are escorted by a BMI FCU staff person; accept deliveries and
direct to appropriate staff
. Understand and follow BMI policies and procedures complying with
federal regulations including, but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act;
Anti Money Laundering regulations; USA Patriot Act; Office of Foreign
Asset Control; Regulation CC; and Right to Financial Privacy Act
. Help members with basic questions and inquiries about their accounts
using the members' account history in the data processing system
