controlling building systems (as required) and for

communications (e-mail) and annotating work

performed in computer maintenance management

system. May inspect and drive company vehicles.

Performs routine moving of furniture and equipment

as needed. Adheres to safety policies, industrial

practices. Performs other duties assigned,

including emergency call-in and snow removal as

needed.
