Responsible for the day-to-day management of the Creative Design Group,

this includes mentoring Art Directors as well as Designers including

quarterly and yearly reviews. I am also responsible for hiring of all new

talent within the creative team and fitting their talents within our

group. I make sure design coming from the creative group is relevant to

the market and branding is followed. I still work on High profile pieces,

making sure that marketing has viable options and work with marketing to

insure ROI is met.

Accomplishments

. Implemented a in house video team to take on video that was being

outsourced to support all three business units resulting in a $200,000

dollar savings

. Work closely with all three business units of Patterson Companies, INC

to bring them into the data management system so marketing can use the

material provided for print and web promotions

. Work with our digital team and our IS department to create a new

Ecommerce site that will be responsible for over 2 billion dollars in

sales
