department of a corporation where my multi-tasking skills and
organizational experience will be an asset to the company.
EDUCATION:

Connecticut School of Broadcasting, Stratford, CT - Certificate of
Broadcast Communications,
Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, IL (Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority)
COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, FrontPage, PowerPoint
JOB EXPERIENCE:
08/09 - present: Hospitality Evaluator Independent
Contractor Phoenix, AZ
Hired by hospitality companies to evaluate restaurants, hotels and spas
anonymously, and complete extensive reports on the meal and/or services

6/08 - 12/08: Media Project Coordinator Ellison Media Co.
Phoenix, AZ
Assisted the Vice President of Marketing and Development in a new project
designed to drive sales of their biggest client. The project involved
contacting television and radio stations all over the country and offering
them profit sharing in return for airing commercials for their client's
newest vitamin and supplement product. I contacted stations, sent
proposals, wrote contracts and delivered copies of commercials to the
stations that agreed to be a part of the program. Once a station signed on,
I maintained their account and analyzed revenue data to run weekly and
monthly reports for them. I also created monthly reports for the owner and
the CFO of our company, using Microsoft Word and Excel.
7/07 - 05/08: Sr. Operations Coordinator - NFL ESPN, Inc.
Bristol, CT
Ordered all rental equipment and catering for a staff of 250 for all 20
Monday Night Football Games. When at site for the games, I oversaw the
runners and met with the stadium catering staff. I also assisted in the
safety inspections of the camera positions and made recommendations when
necessary. I was responsible for keeping track of all purchases made with
my procurement card, with a $100,000.00 limit. I was also approved and
coded millions of dollars in invoices each season. I started a healthy
food campaign for all remote sports events that is still used by ESPN
today. In the NFL off-season I helped to coordinate Arena Football and the
NFL Draft.
2/03 - 7/07: Network Traffic Coordinator ESPN,
Inc. Bristol, CT
Responsible for procuring transmission, phone lines and Internet for live
sporting events, studio shows and International Productions. I worked
closely with Event Operations and Production to decide the best and most
cost effective way to transmit TV feeds, using satellite or fiber optics.
I worked on a wide range of events including Monday Night Football, Big 10
Football & Basketball, Sunday Night Baseball, Boxing, ESPY Awards, MLB All-
Star Games and the NFL Draft. I also obtained price quotes from vendors,
created budgets and compiled information onto work orders that were
distributed daily to Transmission and other departments. When on location
at large events, I oversaw installation of dozens of phone lines and set up
news and SportsCenter feeds. I worked occasional weekends in Transmission
to field calls from producers at site for last minute revisions. I also
created and maintained the Network Traffic website on the ESPN intranet
using FrontPage.
6/99 - 2/03: Assistant Service Manager Ridgefield BMW
Ridgefield, CT
My primary function: create order out of chaos. I was responsible for
keeping track of 25-30 BMW customers' vehicles each day, while effectively
dispatching service work to 9 technicians. I oversaw all repairs and
researched pertinent service bulletins and recalls. I was a customer
liaison from start-to-finish, from recommending service and maintenance for
their vehicles to resolving issues. I implemented new dispatch procedures
and vehicle tracking systems to make the busy flow of work more manageable.
6/96 - 6/99: Office Manager Pardee
Chiropractic Ridgefield, CT
Managed the office and day-to-day operations of a busy chiropractic firm in
Fairfield County. I maintained the patient database, scheduled appointments
and billed insurance companies. I also dealt directly with attorneys when
patients were involved in accidents or lawsuits. I was responsible for
client relations, purchasing through medical suppliers and corresponding
with attorneys, clients and other doctors for referrals.

kept track of costs and budget, enlisted volunteers and registered racers.
Profits were donated to a children's charity in Arizona.
2006-2008: Co-created a racing company that organized road races and
triathlons in the Bristol, CT area. Performed all marketing and
