As Superintendent, I have been responsible for the following aspects of

projects: safety, schedule, quality and coordination of contractors.

Responsibilities included construction sequencing and communication with

Owner Representatives, Engineers and Architects. In addition, included

review of Contractor contracts, review cost control; maintain weekly labor,

material and equipment reports. Review of shop drawings for general

conformance to the plans and specifications. In addition, coordination and

evaluating all changes in scopes of work to base contracts, preparing and

updating the master job schedule and rolling schedule.

Laguna Honda Hospital Replacement Project, San Francisco, CA (390M) Title;

Superintendent

The Laguna Honda Hospital Replacement project includes the new construction

of three buildings totaling 517,200 sf and associated site work at Laguna

Honda Hospital in San Francisco, CA. The South Residence (5-stories) and

East Residence (7-stories) are Type 1 steel frame skilled nursing

facilities. Both have a cement plaster exterior with punched windows and

storefront entrances. The Link Building is a 4-story, Type 1 steel frame

structure with a curtain wall exterior, houses food service, patient

services and two indoor therapy pools. The New Hospital Site Improvements

(NHSI) package includes landscape, hardscape and site utilities for the new

buildings.

Alexandria Real Estate Equities Parking Structure, San Francisco (25M)

Title; Superintendent

252,167sq. ft. Parking Garage a 6-story Post Tensioned concrete structure,

which houses 823 parking spots, architectural skin is ornamental stainless

steel mesh, architectural louver siding and GREEN screen.

Oakland International Airport Terminal Expansion & Roadways, Oakland, CA

($215M) Title; Superintendent

Expansion and remodeling of the Southwest Airlines terminal and associated

civil work with curbside, surface parking, and roadways at the airport.

Installation of substation and parking control equipment. Significant

accomplishments include successfully maximizing the utilization of local

and small businesses as an economic generator for the entire local

community.

Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. - Santa Clara Replacement Facility,

Hospital Phase II, Santa Clara, CA ($157M)

Title; Senior Project Engineer

Phase II includes 416,584 sq. ft 327-bed hospital, a cafeteria, mobile

imaging dock, MRI suites, (3) Cather labs, (2) EP labs, and a main patient

bed tower.

Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. - Santa Clara Replacement Facility,

Hospital Phase I and Central Utility Plant, Santa Clara ($118 M)

Title; Senior Project Engineer

297,058sq. ft. 327-bed hospital consisting of (6) general, (3) ortho, (2)

cardio-vascular, (6) ambulatory operating rooms, 32-bed emergency

department, 14-bed Clinical Decision Unit, and a central utility plant.

SRI Building T Expansion, Menlo Park, CA ($10M)

Title; Senior Project Engineer

30,500 sq. ft. Building T expansion including new 9,500 sq. ft. office,

17,000 sq. ft. laboratory addition with vivarium and 4,000 sq. ft. tenant

improvement to the existing building. Project also includes the addition of

fire sprinklers and process piping throughout the entire building.

SRI Building T Steam and Chilled Water Installation, Menlo Park, CA ($516K)

Installation of steam and chilled water underground services to the

Building T expansion project.

143,000sq. ft. new construction of a 2-story manufacturing building on the

Bio-Rad Hercules campus, which consisted of laboratories, offices, and

swimming pool, recreation fields and athletic courts and 170,000sq. ft. of

retail space and foodservices. The 106-acre campus that houses BroadVision,

238,600sq. ft. demolition of interior structure and tenant improvements of

the existing San Jose Retail Pavilion, while maintaining remaining

perimeter tenants for the construction of a new shell and tenant
